Driver:

Rusty Griffaw is 28years old and works as a surveyor for the State of Missouri Department of Transportation.  He began his racing career at the young age of 16, aspires to become a national champion, and believes the hard work and dedication of the whole RGR team can lead him to great success!

 1996:
-Racing career started in the Sportsman Class.
-Rusty was named the Rookie of the Year.

1997:
-Rusty was voted Most Improved Driver of the Year.

1999:
-Rusty moved up to the UMP Modified Class.
-Rusty finished 212^th in the UMP Modified National Point Standings.
-Rusty was awarded the UMP Modified Rookie of the Year.

2000:
-Rusty improved on his 1999 finish and captured 98^th in the UMP Modified National Point Standings.

2001:
-Rusty finished 2^nd for the Missouri State Championship.
-Rusty again improved from the previous year and finished 31^st in the nation.

2002:
-Rusty was named the Track Champion at the Fayette County Speedway in Brownstown, IL.
-Rusty finished 6^th in the Missouri State Championship.
-Rusty also finished 7^th in the Illinois State Championship.
-Rusty once again improved from the previous year and finished 12^th in the nation.

2003:
-Rusty finished 2^nd for the Missouri State Championship.
-Rusty finished 22^nd in the National UMP Modified Point Standings.

2004:
-Rusty finished 4^th in the National UMP Modified Point Standings.
-Rusty was crowned Missouri State Champion.
-Rusty also won the UMP Modified Track Championship at Montgomery County Speedway in New Florence, MO.
-Rusty was voted the Driver’s Seat  “Driver of the Year.”

2005:
-Rusty finished 10th in the National UMP Modified Point Standings.
-Rusty was again crowned Missouri State Champion.
-Rusty won his first ever UMP Late Model Feature at Montgomery County Speedway.
-Rusty won over 20 features including Mid-Season Championship at Montgomery County Speedway and the Season Championship at the I-55 Raceway.

2006:
-Rusty moved up to the UMP Late Model Division Class
-Finished 22nd in the National UMP Late Model Point Standings
-Finished 4th in the UMP Late Model South Region Points
-UMP Late Model Tennessee State Champion
-Finished 9th in the State of Kentucky Points
-Finished 2nd in the UMP Late Model Rookie of the Year Standings
-Clarksville Speedway Late Model Track Champion
-Paducah International Raceway's Late Model Rookie of the Year
